Job Context:
The incumbent will be responsible to conduct sales operations and actively grow the number of accounts and overall business volume ensuring quality service for the long-term retention of customers. In this context, we need a responsible, dedicated, self-motivated, and proactive professional who has experience in relevant fields in a renowned organization.
Candidates with excellent performance will be considered for promotion.
Job Responsibilities:
• Meet annual business target as per annual business plan.
• Develop sales prospect pipeline.
• Propose region-wise sales plans and targets in alignment with business objectives. Manage region and individual performances.
• Report on region-wise sales results.
• Developing & implementing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals.
• Prepare regular reports and conduct monthly meetings to review performance.
• Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities in the region.
• Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.
• Develop sales strategy & action plan.
• Ensure the achievement of Primary & secondary daily/weekly/monthly sales targets by following the 3D method (Depth, Distribution & Display)
• Monitoring daily sales activities of TSO, SR, Distributor & D.S.R and motivating them to achieve the target.
• Work with Sales Team on the route level to motivate and inspire them.
• Setting sales targets for individual TSO, SR & Distributor, and assigned team as a whole.
• Arranging on-the-job training for assigned team.
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures for the assigned area.
• Keeping up-to-date information with products.
• Ensuring the growth of Market Share and Market Coverage by analyzing existing market positing and finding out new/gape markets.
• Create new business scopes.
• Visit customer plant/factory regularly to solicit business.
• convert prospects to customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop & maintain relationships with customers.
• Ensure timely payment from customers as per company policy.
• Execute sales & technical presentations to customers.
• Order collection & monitoring.
• Follow-up production and delivery.
• Relationship builds up with a customer.
• Analyze and find out potential clients.
Job Location:
Anywhere in Bangladesh
Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Skills Required: B2B and B2C sales and marketing, Chemical Industries, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Sales & Marketing
• Skills Required: Marketing, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements:
• 1 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Beverage, Dairy, Food (Packaged), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Experience in Pharma, Food, Consumer & NCTB work
• Costing Knowledge and Analyzing capacity
• MS office knowledge is mandatory with Bengali & English typing
• 1 year of working experience is required in the above-mentioned criteria.
