Job Context:
We are looking for a responsible, dedicated, and self-motivated professional to lead sales operations and grow business volume in the assigned area. The role involves developing new accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring long-term business growth. High performers will be considered for promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
-> Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
-> Develop and manage sales plans region-wise
-> Build and maintain strong customer relationships
-> Create new business opportunities and convert prospects into customers
-> Monitor sales activities of TSO, SR, Distributor & DSR
-> Train, motivate, and guide the sales team
-> Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities
-> Ensure proper product distribution, display & market coverage
-> Visit customer factories/plants regularly
-> Prepare sales reports and attend monthly review meetings
-> Ensure timely payment collection
-> Coordinate order collection, production follow-up & delivery
Educational Requirements:
-> Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
-> Master’s degree will be an advantage
Skills Required:
-> B2B & B2C Sales and Marketing
-> FMCG / Food & Beverage Sales
-> MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote
-> Good communication skills (Bangla & English)
Experience Requirements:
-> 1 to 4 years (Freshers are also encouraged to apply)
-> Experience in Bakery, Beverage, Dairy, Packaged Food, FMCG preferred
Additional Requirements:
-> Age: 25–35 years
