Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic, honest, and self-motivated Sales Representatives to expand our business across Bangladesh. The role includes developing new customers, maintaining existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Good performers will get opportunities for promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
-> Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
-> Develop area-wise sales plans
-> Build and maintain strong customer relationships
-> Find new customers and convert leads into sales
-> Monitor sales activities of Distributor & DSR
-> Analyze market trends and competitors
-> Ensure proper product distribution, display, and coverage
-> Prepare sales reports and attend monthly meetings
-> Ensure timely payment collection
-> Coordinate order collection, production follow-up, and delivery
Educational Qualification:
-> HSC in any discipline
-> Bachelor’s degree will be an advantage
Required Skills:
-> B2B & B2C Sales and Marketing
-> FMCG / Food & Beverage Sales
-> MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote
-> Good communication skills in Bangla & English
Experience:
-> 1 to 2 years
-> Freshers are also encouraged to apply
-> Experience in Bakery, Beverage, Dairy, Packaged Food, or FMCG will be preferred
Additional Requirements:
-> Age: 18–35 years
